  My experience with Xavier was pleasant from beginning to end. He understood my needs and worked to get me the beat deal.   I had a great experience! Started at Honda on the same strip, had a really bad experience. Went to check out Hyundai Mark was our sales rep he was fantastic! Shaker gave us a great price on a car I love! I gave Mark the information on what I wanted in a car and the first one he brought out was it! I would 100% go back to buy another car and I would recommend Shaker to all my loved ones/friends. Good luck car shopping!

  Had a great experience at Shakers buying a new Santa Fe. My Sales person, Xavier, was friendly, helpful and easy going. No high pressure no wild sales pitch just easy to work with. I had a similar experience with the finance department. I have had bad experiences with overly pushy finance teams and I did not feel pressured or irritated by them. Overall I recommend them!

  I had the pleasure of working with Jordan from Shakers Family Hyundai. Beginning to end Jordan was absolutely fantastic. He helped me find my perfect unicorn car (which our family loves) a white palisade calligraphy with black interior! Throughout the whole process he kept us up to date on the status and never swayed away from what we were looking for. He listened to exactly what we wanted and made it happen! He was knowledgeable and committed to making our first time experience on purchasing a brand new car as easy as it could be. He made our experience light and fun! He was dedicated to making us happy and it showed throughout the whole process. We can’t thank him enough!

  Trying to find a car in this market was getting stressful. I called Shakers to see about inventory after visiting two other dealerships. Jonathan was the one who took my call. He was so helpful on the initial contact that I drove over an hour that same day to go and test drive a car that sounded exactly like what we were looking for. We also had to make a decision about a leased Hyundai, keep it, turn it in or buy another car. All three options were in my hand within a half hour. On paper, exactly what we needed to make a decision. It was getting later in the day, so I said I would call in the morning with a decision after talking to my husband. NO pressure from him at all. Decided on a new Santa Fe. He worked with me all morning to get the paperwork in order before we even got there, we breezed in, car was ready, financing was a snap, great service on explaining the new car. It was one of the most pleasant and easiest car buying experiences, ever. Personally Jonathan was laid back, informative and simply did an amazing job to give me all the information I needed to make the pretty large decision of buying a new car. I am thrilled with the service AND with the new car it’s self. (It’s beautiful!)
