Ray is one of the best in the world at coaching MMA

Fighters from around the world train here to become better at striking.

His relationship with Matt Serra and their fight team is advantageous to any fighter, amateur or professional.

The location is more than adequate.

Parking is not ideal.

There are many great instructors here.

Top of the line equipment.

Great classes.

Private lessons run upwards of $75 to $80 an hour.

I’ve been training here for about a year the jujitsu coaches are excellent they give so much detail and experience. The Muay Thai and kickboxing classes are high intensity and beginner friendly.The gym is reasonably priced And I would recommend this gym for anyone who wants to train as a hobby ,for self defense or compete competitively.
