  I've been attending the classes at this location only, and I find the 50-minute sessions, with 40 minutes of actual workout time and 10 minutes for transitioning, warm-up, and stretching, to be well-structured. The classes can be challenging, but they truly motivate you to release tension and achieve body transformation. The instructors and front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The clean showers and inviting bathroom products are an added bonus. However, they're very relaxed and don't enforce their no phone policy into class, which is unsafe, distracting and disrespectful to everyone else there for a focused and intense workout.
  
  Finally I should mention it's very expensive to join compared to similar workouts nearby however look for deals and promos they offer seldom. It should help make it reasonable on top of any gym reimbursement provided by your company or health insurance.

  The staff and instructors here are great! Since it’s a newer smaller studio they really take the time to get to know all of their members and it feels much more like a community than the studios I go to in the city. Facilities are clean and well kept and I appreciate that they have been adding more class times to work with different schedules. Very grateful to have a studio in my area of Long Island finally!

  The front desk is very kind and professional! They always say hi and make me feel not only welcome but part of the Barry’s family ! The instructors & their workouts are also amazing, motivating, and make you want to come back !

  Nothing like a workout in the red room! All the instructors are awesome. They really
  Push you to get the best out of yourself. Great great workout! Bathrooms are always clean as well!
