(April 21, 2023, 7:32 am)I was a member of ILKB for years before they closed down during COVID and I will be completely honest in saying that I was hesitant to rejoin due to the circumstances of the closing. In addition, I had a pretty intense surgery last year and haven't worked out in a very long time. Coming back to ILKB is the best thing I've done for my physical (and mental) health since that time. The instructors are great, the studio looks beautiful, and for someone that typically attends the 5:30AM class, the vibe is unmatched. They are understanding if you need to work at your own pace or modify, but are also willing to help when needed. Highly recommend this as a great start to your day! 🙂

(April 20, 2023, 10:01 pm)I started at Ilovekickboxing carle place about 2 weeks ago and I am so glad I did! The instructors are fantastic, high energy and really push you to be your best! The impact wrap technology the studio uses helps you try to beat your own score each class and helps you consistently improve and keep track of your progress! I would recommend here to anyone who is looking for a great workout that is fun and high energy!

The classes are a solid time frame so you can fit it into your schedule and get the workout you’re looking for without compromising your day. The instructors are also very personable and helpful when it comes to your workout. Highly recommend!
