(May 18, 2023, 2:28 pm)10/10!! The community already at this location is better than any other gym I have been to! Rocky the owner is so kind, motivating and has great energy! The coaches that I have taken so far Danielle, Chris, Mason, and Mike have been super motivational, keeping an eye on form to ensure no injuries, and overall bringing a fun high energy! Would highly recommend. It’s been a week and already seeing results :)

Shout out to the coaches Mason and Mike - super friendly & motivating, offering guidance & support, and cheering you on every step of the way! They make you feel inspired and encouraged to push your limits and surpass your own expectations. A major plus … F45 Carle Place is SUPER clean! Not just because it’s a new facility, but the coaches actually wipe down the equipment as we rotate stations. So far I’m loving it!! Thank you, Rocky & Nicole.

It’s a very comfortable environment to workout in yet, pushes me to go harder and excel in my workouts. The facility is clean and welcoming. Great parking and easy to access. Highly recommend working out at F45 Carle Place.
