  I absolutely love the classes given here. The combination of physical stretching, strengthening, breath work and meditation is unique and exactly what I need!

  It is so wonderful that East Meadow Body and Brain offered online classes after Covid-19 locked everything down. Now I can attend class 7 days a week, and even more than once a day if I wanted to! I love the variety of classes from deep stretching to Tai Chi to aerobics, to name a few. The classes help me have fun while exercising and sweating 😊, and give me peace and relaxation at the end after meditation. They also improve my focus and balance. The instructors are excellent!

  The online classes offered since the beginning of the pandemic are amazing! A variety of classes is offered every day of the week so rather than trying to get to a studio 2-3 times each week, I usually take a class 5 times a week from the comfort of my den. Several of my favorite instructors are teaching and it so helps me physically and emotionally. There is plenty of interaction even though we are remote. I hope they continue this format forever! Thank all of you at Body and Brain, especially during these trying times.

  I’ve been going to the Body and Brain yoga center in East Meadow for about 18 months. It has helped me tremendously both physically and mentally. All the instructors and members are very caring people and they have such positive energy. They are great people to be around. The classes, workshops and healing sessions I take have helped me find the courage and determination to change my life for the better. Master Andrew and Master Sean are great instructors. They are very attentive to my special needs. They genuinely care about others’ physical and spiritual well-being. Their compassion warms and heals me.

  I walked into the East Meadow Dahn Yoga Center looking for an exercise program and got so much more. The knowledgeable and caring instructors promote health and wellness through stretching, movement and meditation. I have experienced improved focus, concentration, flexibility and balance. I feel great after class, getting in touch with my body and reducing my stress. There is so much to learn about the mind-body connection and they are so willing to teach you. I am very satisfied with my experience so far and recommend the center to anyone who wants to challenge themselves physically and mentally.
