I’ve been working out with Carlos for the past three years and within that time he has not only changed my physical health, but also my nutritional. Before Carlos, I wasn’t into working out that much, but now working with him has completely changed my outlook. I’m engaged, excited, and have noticed huge changes in my physical health. If you’re looking for someone who pushes you, teaches you, and is genuinely enjoyable to train with - Carlos is your guy. -

He has done a great job at gradually getting us back into shape after the Covid shutdown - always careful to make sure the work we do is building strength and flexibility, while being very careful to work around my various problem areas. I am in better shape and have learned a lot about my body and muscles from working with Carlos which helps me in my own athletic activities. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

I have a herniated disc with serious weight loss goals; Carlos helped be obtain both as my disc has re gelled into place and I've lost 60+ pounds (and still going). The environment for working out is safe with plenty of variety. Anything from functional to fun strength, Carlos has an expertise and a background in all different types of areas of fitness from nutrition to exercise theory, and is still an eager learned. I full endorse his being hired and will help you achieve your goals.
