  This was just the boost I needed. Positive accountability, kind patrons and varied workouts had been keeping me motivated and seeing results. Could not be happier with my results in the first 10 weeks.

  Love the vibe of this place. No frills. No fancy this and that. Straight work. Coach programs you into and app and you get to work. Form is checked constantly and modifications are given if needed. Everyone’s program is different as we all have different bodies, strengths, weaknesses and goals. I heard about Fit by July for Years. I’m glad I decided to finally reach out. I’ve been there for a little over 2 months 4-5x a week and can see and feel the changes already. Can’t wait to see what the next few months bring 💪🏾

  The improvement in my daily functioning since starting to work with Dwayne 6 months ago has been absolutely remarkable. He “meets you where you are” to start and carefully attends to all facets of your health journey as you progress toward your goals. Along the way, he has paid special attention to my particular medical issues, carefully tailoring the program to help me work around and through the obstacles they presented. Since I live in a different state, we work by zoom, which has been incredibly convenient.
  My daughter has worked with Dwayne for a number of years and had been telling me how beneficial it has been. I must add that I am so grateful to her for the present of a two week trial that got me started!!!

  Fit By July has been a tremendous upgrade to my fitness routine. I have trained with other trainers in the early days of working out and did not think I would embark on the trainer path again….until Dwayne. He is well versed in his training expertise, and guides and encourages you on your fitness journey. Dwayne is the accountability partner you want to keep you consistent. I continue to be a client because I am routinely challenged and my body shows the hard work.
