They are budding athletes and are at that critical point where they have to begin doing weights and this organization is doing a fabulous job transitioning my daughter over. Our coach (Dan) is very attentive, watched every step, and ensure she is correctly building so that she gets stronger and she doesn’t hurt herself.
We’re already seeing the results in her strength AND attitude. We’ve found an awesome place for all 3 of our children athletes to develop athletically, safe, AND confident. -

The most important factor is that Dan cares and hears your concerns so you are able to accomplish the goal you set out for yourself. On another note, the gym is super clean and kept in excellent condition 24/7... its a no brainer to work out out at Mason Street Strength & Fitness! 😊

(October 15, 2020, 9:12 pm)My experience working out at Mason Street has been beyond amazing!! I absolutely love the consistent competitive atmosphere that this place has. Every single time I step into the gym I encouraged and supportive by all the amazing coaches that work there. I am a multi sport athlete and I realize that training hard in the gym has become one of the main reasons I’ve such an improvement in both my sports. I’ve seen some amazing results!! I am happy to say that it’s been almost a year since my first workout, and I couldn’t be happier!!

(October 15, 2020, 8:03 pm)Mason Street Strength & Fitness is one of the best training facilities out there that I’ve trained at. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. The overall vibe is great and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. I look forward to going each week and always feel so accomplished when I leave. No matter what fitness level you’re at they are very accommodating; from kids to adults and sports to general fitness. This small private gym feels more personal. Highly recommended!

The staff there has been nothing shy of amazing - they're personable, fun, professional, and make the workouts difficult but enjoyable. Additionally, the facilities are super clean. I've done both one on one training as well as group training with my girlfriends with Dan and would highly recommend both. Depending on what I want out of my workout (more cardio, more weight lifting, etc.) he will tailor it accordingly.
