  I began my Pure Barre journey in October 2018. Pure Barre Greenwich is so much more than a great place to work out. Yes, the classes are amazing and I am in the best physical shape of my life, but the community and staff is what made all the difference to me! In fact after just 3 months of daily classes, I joined the staff at the front desk! The inspiration and encouragement from staff and members is ever-flowing! Everyone is so supportive and you will work every muscle in your body. I used to run for fitness, but after 18 months of Pure Barre classes (Classic, Reform, Empower and Intensives), I no longer even want to run!! I just need my Pure Barre everyday. At any age, at any level of fitness, Pure Barre classes will get you to where you want to be. ❤️

  I’ve been a member of Pure Barre Greenwich for almost 2 years. This has been the longest at any studio for me. Previously, I enjoyed running and was not a “class-taker”. Pure Barre is an amazing and rejuvenating workout that has made me stronger across arms, legs, core, seat, and abs. I noticed a dramatic difference in my balance and frame within about two months. Specially, The Greenwich location has a variety of class offerings 7 days per week and is an extremely organized and well-run studio. (I have been to others.) Ashley the owner and and all instructors are exceptional. There are often individual challenges (with prizes) which are motivating to continue taking classes and meeting your goals. I would highly recommend this workout and Greenwich location - you would be surprised at how easily you can enjoy and become dedicated.

  We loved hosting a class for the Greenwich High School Dance Team! Ashley and her staff were great to work with and the team (including moms and friends) got an awesome work out. We love how Pure Barre supports our community and some of our dancers who have graduated from high school have moved on to become lifelong members of the Pure Barre family. As dancers, we know how important it is to stay active and Pure Barre Greenwich is a great way to keep moving.

  I joined Pure Barre Greenwich around 2 months ago and have fallen in love with it. I always look forward to class! The instructors are amazing and motivate you to push yourself even when it seems impossible to do the exercise. Each class is different and challenging and I always feel great when it’s over. I am so happy with the results I have seen and I look forward to continuing to see the transformation!

  I love how inspiring and uplifting the PB Greenwich community/family is! I love that Pure Barre allows me time to focus and improve myself while being pushed in a constructive and positive atmosphere! I love the changes I see in my body in a short period of time! #pbgreenwich4life
