(October 2, 2020, 4:34 pm)Greenwich 24/7 fitness is, without doubt, the best gym experience I have ever had and if it wasn't for the fact I am moving, I would happily continue to be a member. Kenny, the owner, is a top shelf manager and is always available to assist with anything. The membership is month to month and there are no predatory practices! I highly recommend Greenwich 24/7 fitness to anyone interested in getting back in shape!

The owners are great people and charge a fair rental rate for trainers and very reasonable rates to the clients. The gym has all you need to get an excellent workout, stretch, or aerobic session. They are open 24/7 which is convenient. If you are looking for a fun, low key gym to exercise Greenwich Fitness is the place.
