(July 16, 2022, 12:13 pm)For years I used to purchase my chemicals from Ocean State Job Lots or Walmart due to the the fact they were cheaper. Each year it took longer and longer to get my pool crystal clear. I went to merit to get my water tested at the suggestion of a friend. I purchased the chemicals they suggested and with 3 days my pool was crystal clear! Merit pools has friendly knowledgeable staff, and from this point on the only place I’m getting my chemicals from. You get what you pay for, and in this circumstance I’m getting high quality chemicals, not left overs from past years at a discounted rate just for the sale!!!

(June 23, 2022, 5:42 pm)Wow !! so I’m a first time pool owner and so thankful to have found Merit Pools here in Torrington. They have helped me where nobody else could or would. First they treated me like I was family…. They talked to me in terms that I could understand and explained instructions to me perfectly. I was in a panic because I could not find a person to help me with my pool and merit pools came to my RESCUE.. They did not try to oversell me, I even asked if I needed to buy more products and they said no not at this time…. My pool was full of algae and they knew exactly how to take care of it and within four hours my pool was crystal clear.
