  Yesterday was my first visit with my 'new to me' Hyundai Sonata. Just a basic oil change & inspection. Prompt, courteous service. After inspection, a issue was found & explained to me. I'm on the schedule in 10 days. So far, so good.

  I recently moved to Torrington and realized I needed the front license plate bracket attached to the front bumper. Without an appointment, swung into the service department and they did it for me immediately, not only did they not charge me for doing it but wouldn't even accept a tip. That was kind and friendly service. I'll be back for sure. Thanks guys.

  I bought a brand new car in October 2021 and wanted to wait a little while before writing a review, so I could write with a clear mind.
  
  I did have a few small bumps at the beginning of the process- but was able to get those worked out with the sales team. But after the sale, I must say- the service team has been absolutely exceptional.
  
  I won't go into specifics, but these guys also saved me from being ripped off by another dealership in town, which started telling me my car needed work done, which it absolutely did not. I'll definitely buy my next car here and continue to bring my current car in for maintenance, when the time comes.
