  Wayne, Melissa and Steve were top notch. I traveled almost 5 hours from NY for this truck. They made the entire process super smooth, simple and fast. Wayne even filled the gas tank for me. They were all down to earth and not trying to pressure or rush things. Great experience. Other car dealers should take notes from them

  Great dealer experience from the beginning. The salesman Steve was very quick with correspondence and made the whole process incredibly smooth. The manager Steve was great as well. Took care of a couple rust spots on the bumper and even fixed a minor issue causing a check engine light on an as is vehicle. The service department is quick and thorough and incredibly friendly. I would certainly recommend Blasius North to anyone looking for a quality car and a quality experience.

  Sorry TJ, I waited 2 months to make sure there was no issues before I posted. Let me start by saying I have only once had a good experience with a car dealership until now. From the moment I walked in, TJ was an incredible salesman. He didn’t push me to buy, and was extremely helpful. I had a breathalyzer on my Trade in and they made the whole process like a piece of cake. They worked with my credit and were able to get me a loan without being a resident of CT (insurance/ co-sign issue) and did everything they could to make sure I had a good experience. Got me in my new mustang very quickly. TJ answered the phone every time I reached out to him no matter if they were closed or not. They made everything very clear, from the warranty’s to the insurance. He helped me through every decision and made me feel re-assured. I really can’t say enough good things about this guy. Lastly TJ was able to get our 2 cars which we were paying 300/month for insurance down to 150 a month!! If you need a car go see TJ!! Btw guy deserves a raise!

  I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota RAV4 from Blasius North. I wasn’t planning on getting a new car anytime soon, but I was unfortunately involved in an accident with a wrong-way driver and had to find a new car as mine was totaled. I was not excited to car shop because it can be a daunting process - especially in such a pinch - so I made sure to do some research as to where would be best to look before going to a dealership. When I saw the reviews for Blasius North, I knew it was a dealership I could trust because every review was amazing and commended them on their excellent and kind service.
  I had the pleasure of meeting with Steven in sales, and he certainly helped make the process a lot less stressful. I went on the lot knowing exactly which car I wanted to see, and he was very quick about helping me move forward with the process. He had an answer for all of my questions, and if he wasn’t sure about something he would direct me to the person he knew could help me. Steven was very attentive and genuinely cared that I was happy with the vehicle - he was not at all pushy trying to make a sale like most dealerships can be. I had a very pleasant experience with Steven as my sales contact.
  
  Because of my accident and only having a certain amount of days with a rental car, this whole process was very quick for me. There are a few things that I will note for the reason my review is not a full five stars.
  The first thing to note is that prices are not flexible. The prices listed on the vehicle is pretty much the price you’ll pay, so don’t come in expecting to negotiate - Blasius North prices to compete. I do appreciate that the price was one of the lowest I’ve seen in the area, though. The car I purchased did not have floor mats. Because this process was so rushed for me, I really didn’t think to notice if there were or not until I got home with the vehicle. This isn’t a huge deal because I did end up ordering my own, but I do wish this was something reflected in the price of the vehicle. There was just one paper mat out down on the driver side, and it was covering a pretty large hole in the lining. I also had to purchase a second key for my vehicle because this one only came with one fab. Again, just something I wish was reflected in the overall pricing of the vehicle since these are both things I had to invest an extra few hundred dollars in.
  I also want to note the cleanliness of the vehicle when I picked it up. This is a used vehicle so obviously there is going to be some signs of use inside, which I was fine with. However, I felt that the inside wasn’t as thoroughly cleaned as I was promised it would be. The outside was clearly washed which was great, but the inside still had some scraps in the center compartment and the dash was pretty dusty. Again, not a huge deal breaker but it just didn’t feel great to see after having such a great experience with the whole process.
  In terms of service, I do commend Blasius North on how much attention they give to the cars on their lot. Safety seems to be a big thing for them, so brakes, tires, oil changes, wiper blades, and whatever else may need attention is taken care of to ensure you feel safe in your new vehicle. I did request a service report for my records so that I knew when these services were done. It seemed to be a bit of a hassle to get so I’m not sure if this is something people ask for regularly, but after a few days they were able to provide me with some documentation of what was done to the vehicle. I would definitely recommend asking for this type of documentation no matter how much of a pain it may be if you are someone who likes to file theses things away like me! It’s definitely a relief to feel like you know everything that went on with your vehicle, especially buying used.
  Also - review the documents you are signing! I was charged for VIN etching when I had requested not to be. It was a simple mistake that I am promised a reimbursement for, but just be mindful!
  Overall I feel this was a great experience and I’m happy with my purchase.

  If you're looking for a quality used vehicle in New England, look no further than Blasius North. They have dealerships in Massachusetts and Connecticut. I drove 2 hours to the Torrington, CT dealership to purchase my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 and i couldn't be happier. They gave me a very fair price on my trade and their vehicles are top quality. TJ is the salesman I dealt with and he was very friendly, accommodating and respectful. We also dealt with Jeff to complete the paperwork and he was very friendly and we were done with him in 30 minutes. They gave me the best dealership experience I've ever had.
