  My experience at Sullivan Honda was 2nd to none. They were friendly, courteous, accommodating, and easy to work with. They had my car done sooner than expected. They washed my car and called after I had picked up to make sure I was satisfied with the service I had received. I would highly recommend Sullivan Honda and I will be sure to keep coming back!   Matt was wonderful every step of the way in my leasing process. Some document issues didn’t allow me to drive the car home that day but Matt went above and beyond and even delivered my new car to me next business day, an hour away. I would highly recommend working with them in Torrington.

  Not enough nice things to say! Wonderful experience buying my car, had a recall, called and got an appointment not even 2 days later that fit MY schedule perfectly. Not only this, the appointment was so quick! The advisors were so informative & friendly. Everything was clean & organized & welcoming. No where else I would ever bring or buy my vehicles than Sullivan automotive.

  I was very pleased with the car buying process and our salesman, David. Our dogs loved him and the used HRV we got is running great.
  
  I had a minor issue with a key mixup when I picked it up, but the team was able to get it resolved for me promptly.
