  All the coaches are extremely encouraging and patient. They will always help you modify for your fitness level. Workouts are different every day which makes it exciting! I think back to when I first started to where I am now and realize I have come a long way.

  Welcoming place to all ages and fitness levels! I always said I would never want to CrossFit, until I decided to do a trial class and I was hooked! The owner is superior in knowledge and kindness, you are not just another dollar in the bank to him, he actually cares about every person as an individual and really walks you thru whatever you need to focus on. Unlike most gyms, his whole heart is in it and really believes in all the people there.

  Out of all the gyms and workout classes I’ve been to, nothing compares to CrossFit WcG in Washington NJ. It’s a very friendly atmosphere and everyone encourages everyone without judgement. Coach are very approachable and very knowledgeable. They are very honest about their craft and IT WORKS! I lost 21 pounds without fad diets and pills. The coaches were at my side encouraging me even when I felt I was too old to be healthy. Many times I thought of quitting and resolved that CrossFit was a young person’s workout routine but the box never gave up on me. The coaches taught me not only what the WOD was but exactly how to do it. They taught me how to eat properly without a “diet”. This is a positive lifestyle change and I’m so happy and grateful to be a part of CrossFit. Thank you all. 😊

  WCG CrossFit is one of the most welcoming and warm gyms I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. The coaches are extremely helpful and provide easy feedback which allows you to develop as you go. All the members provide a nonjudgmental and friendly environment which allows you to grow. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience here!

  Still pretty new to CrossFit but honestly could mot have came to a better place to learn. Extremely welcoming and just the family feel. Weather you’re a pro or never had a class this is the place to go. They have people from top competitors to people just starting. The gym is just a comfortable fun place. Clean and has plenty equipment for you to reach your goals. The coaches here are very knowledgeable and always there to help.
