  It’s important I give a MAJOR shoutout to Shawn, Mike, and the FPC community. It’s been just over a year since joining. THEY are the main reason for continuing to stay the course. Shawn and Mike’s knowledge, their concern for safety, and the entire community’s dedication are the inspiration I’ve been needing. No matter your age these guys tailor workouts specifically for each of us. I simply need to show up. Shawn and Mike direct the rest of the way. Their way prevents me from cheating myself, it’s gotten me in the absolute best shape of my life, talk about improving my mental state, and we all have fun while getting a SOLID workout! Seriously.. Look no further. Thanks MUCH to all my FPC peeps!

  I've been training seriously (and not so seriously) at various places for the last 35+ years, and Shawn and Fitness Performance Center are the best in the business, hands down. My entire family, including my children, who are accomplished athletes, train with Shawn and his staff. Shawn skillfully combines tried and tested training methods with the newest developments in kinesiology & exercise science to provide results as unique as the individual. If you want to get fit, stronger, faster, more agile, AND avoid injury, this is the gym for you.

  If you're looking for a great workout, this is the gym for you. I have not ever been able to stick with a fitness routine for more than a few months before I was bored and gave up. I'm in my 3rd year at Crossfit FPC because it is different from any other gym in Hunterdon County and offers so much more. All levels from beginner to seasoned will receive a workout that is tailored to your level of fitness. You will be challenged every time, as the workouts are different every day whether you choose twice a week or unlimited. Highly skilled trainers will guide you to reach your personal fitness goals. The clientele is an amazing group of people who consistently encourage and motivate each other. I highly recommend stopping by and taking advantage of the first free session. You will not be disappointed.

  Best gym in Hunterdon County! I've belonged to several in the past 10 yrs and none compare to CrossFit FPC. I didn't know anything about CrossFit when I walked through that door 2 1/2 yrs ago. Mike (trainer) put me at ease immediately. He put me through mobility movements to start, then a workout but was explaining things while I was doing them. Shawn (owner/trainer), helped me with my diet and things changed even more. I've never felt better and it's all because of these two professionals. I recommend this gym every chance I get!

  FPC is definitely in a class by itself in regards to Crossfit. It's not your typical box, where you have to attend the class and rearrange your schedule in order to make it on time. The schedule is flexible, they offer morning and early evening openings. Although you will learn all there is to know about Crossfit, Mike, the head trainer, will guide you through mobility, strength and CrossFit exercises on a daily basis. It's three for one! I could not have found a better fitness regimen. It's addicting!
