  The BEST studio around. The owner is warm and welcoming and as are all the instructors. Highly recommend for all levels, they have something for everyone!

  I Just started practicing yoga and this is the most warm welcoming studio I have ever been apart of. The owner is so kind and sweet and all the instructors are beyond positive and encouraging! I have brought a bunch of friends who are beginners and they all said the same thing! I am hopeful they add more ashtanga classes because I’m having the best time!!! Highly recommend haven healing!! 😊😊😊

  Haven has a warm and welcoming environment and truly wonderful instructors. I have practiced yoga on and off for years at various studios and I can honestly say that I have learned more in a few weeks at Haven than months at other places. Owner/Instructor Morgan gives clear instructions in a very calm and supportive tone. She offers form adjustments (game changing really!) which have helped me get much deeper into my poses. I leave each practice feeling amazing and knowing that I am getting better. I recommend Haven for anyone in the area looking to start or grow their yoga practice.

  I took my first ever yoga class yesterday with Molly. I never knew yoga could be so intense!! I got the best workout I’ve had in a while, and it was a great form of stress relief. I was nervous going in, but Molly made everyone feel totally comfortable and welcome. She is a great teacher and emphasized safety while also encouraging us to challenge ourselves if we felt comfortable. I had a super positive first experience, thank you Molly!!

  I had my first facial with Noelle and it was an AMAZING experience. She wholeheartedly listened to me throughout the facial when I expressed my concerns (as I have had bad experiences with facials in the past). She was gentle, experienced, kind and provided me with such an incredible holistic experience. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
