(April 12, 2017, 11:31 am)Not your ordinary gym. All workouts are instructor led. All instructors have martial arts training so you get to learn a practice martial arts techniques. Many classes offer punching and kicking heavy bags, which is a great workout for both cardiovascular and strength. Best of all there is no pressure...train at your own pace. Students and instructors are all friendly, welcoming and motivational. It's definitely a feel good kind of place.
