  I was very apprehensive about going to RVCF because it had been awhile since I worked out and I have never been to a CrossFit gym but everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging. Every workout is adjusted to meet members fitness levels and the coaches help answer any questions you have. It has been a great experience!

  Excellent environment to improve fitness for any level. Friendly and welcoming coaches that made me right at home right when I stepped in the door. There is something for everyone here and the community will help push you to new heights. Highly recommend stopping in and giving a class a try!

  Great place to learn, participate, and grow for any level of fitness.
  Coaches are very attentive and knowledgeable.... will definitely help members improve their health and well being.
  Members are super welcoming and encouraging.
  Round Valley provides all the tools to help anyone become their best version of themselves (programming, coaching, equipment, and energy).

  If you’re thinking about working out, getting in shape and changing your life, Round Valley CrossFit is the place. The owners are sick athletes & care so much about everyone here. The coaches are awesome. The workouts are challenging. I feel like I can do anything after I leave. I’m so grateful I found this place and this community!
