I personally struggle with my self image and confidence and he and the other trainers have always made the environment super comfortable and non judgmental. They’re always ready to help you with your goals and the workouts will have you feeling amazing after you complete them!

(May 9, 2023, 1:23 pm)My son has been going to Shaun Maloy Fitness for about a year. He trains weekly with Shaun during the wrestling off-season and occasionally during the season. As a former wrestler himself, Shaun understands the demands of wrestling. He has designed a program for my son that has helped him make incredible gains. Shaun also offers sound nutritional advice, which has helped my son maintain a healthy weight during the season. I highly recommend training at Shaun Maloy Fitness.

He keeps me focused and motivated to keep working toward my goals and is constantly pushing me and challenging me to get better ever visit. I’ve lost over 50 pounds and my strength/muscle gains have been just as impressive as my weight loss.

Who does seven rounds of boxing at 6:00 AM? Shaun Maloy!!! You leave their feeling like a million bucks - ready to tackle the day.
