I have had many pleasent visits to Big Smiles over the past year. I brought my mother here several times since they opened and they cared for her needs very well. The staff was courteous and professional. Setting up appointments were quick. They explained the medical details clearly. It is always a wonderful experience here.
Everyone was super nice and efficient (and non-judgemental of my bad dental past!) They gave me thoroughly explained options with no pressure, showed genuine care, and my dentist was very gentle with my cleaning. The x-ray technician was also very thoughtful in making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely return!
My experience was amazing. The doctor was very kind, gentle and friendly. She worked fast and neat. Can't say that about most doctors now a days. The facility is new with big and wide windows that allows you to view the outdoors while waiting. A convenient location near super market, gas stations, restaurants and many more. Environment for all ages hard to find.
I love Dr. Kim, she's nice, honest, and gentle. The staff there is also nice as well! Tonight I got two wisdom teeth pulled, I didn't feel a thing. I surprisingly feel good! I definitely would recommend this place for kids and adults!!!
I recently was looking for a dentist and came across Big Smiles and I'm glad that I did. Not only were they in a convenient location but they were all so friendly and very informative. I took my son who's 3 for his first dental visit and they were awesome with him! I also had some dental work done there and I'm very pleased with the work. I will be going back for sure and referring all my family and friends. Thanks again to the whole staff! :)
