(July 28, 2023, 9:38 am)When visiting the Ludlow location of Apex dental I was dealing with an ongoing tooth infection that required an extraction. I fell extremely ill while in the office...I will spare you the details but the entire staff was so comforting and went truly above and beyond to ensure I was not uncomfortable in any way. I honestly have never in my life had a better experience at any dental office. Thank you Nicole and Rachel. The dentist was also amazing...I didn't feel the novacaine shot at all and the extraction was smooth and swift. I wish I could rate this office 10 stars but 5 will have to do. Thank you again for everything I will definitely be returning for all my dental needs.

(June 19, 2023, 11:55 am)I have had about 6 crowns done by Dr Darabi and never had any problems with them. I had one done this morning that was difficult to get to but he remained patient, gentle, and kind. He is also a perfectionist si I know I can always trust him to do his best.
His assistant today, Nicole, was also very professional and kind. The hygienists who have cleaned my teeth have also done a wonderful job. The receptionist, Rachel, has always been polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, I feel so blessed to go to a dental practice with such a homelike atmosphere where the staff are kind and friendly and work so well together. -

(March 20, 2023, 3:43 pm)After not going to a dentist for almost 3-4 years I gave this place a try. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but the staff were so nice and put me at ease. honestly, every single person i encountered in this office was just amazing in every way. i hope the owner of this establishment knows how lucky they are to have such an amazing team who work so well together, and make the patients comfortable. i had a lot of bleeding in my gums, and the hygienist suggested this mouthwash to help with it and my gums have not bleed since. I 100% recommend this place, they are so accommodating and I’ve never been more relaxed in a dentists office.
