Yajamahe is a serene & peaceful yoga studio that blesses all who enter. The addition of my yoga practice to my training has kept me running "healthy" for many years. My comment upon leaving class is always "I am walking taller when I leave the studio than when I entered."

I had been looking for a new yoga studio since the pandemic. I am truly grateful a friend suggested Yajamahe . The instructors are phenomenal- each class they continue to amaze me with their knowledge and understanding of every student. The classes are appropriate for all levels- I feel challenged and I LOVE it ! I bring my boyfriend (who thought yoga was just stretching) and my 11 year old daughter. We are able to take a class together, even though we are at very different levels.
The studio is beautiful and simple, but charming. Yvonne, Michele, Janet, Angela, and Adam have truly changed my life.

Just try a class - just try it... I hope you fall in love with yoga-- it will only make you better xoxo

One more important aspect of this studio- the other yogis are so compassionate and kind-- no-one is ever judged. Yajamahe is a very safe, supportive studio to be a part of.

Yajamahe is an outstanding yoga studio that I highly recommend. It's a beautifully appointed space that encourages tranquility. Yvonne's artistic talent shows thru. The classes have the best teachers that can manage to teach to all levels. I especially enjoy the challenging vinyasa and ashtanga classes at 9:30 that encourage proper breathing and alignment.

Small yoga studio with expert, challenging instruction set to great music. I've been attending classes here for more than a year and my practice has been profoundly bettered. Yvonne is a truly gifted instructor with an endless knowledge of all aspects of yoga. AND, her taste in music is impeccable!
