I have been trying to work out in the am for 15 years with 0 success, but once I signed up and started going at 6am on Tue and Thu I have yet to cancel once. Mike is a pleasure to work with, and the workouts are varied and very effective. Highly recommend.

(January 6, 2020, 12:35 pm)At first I thought it was too easy, but when they get to know you, you get pushed as hard as you want to go. I think it's called "functional exercise" where they work on cardio, strength and balance all at once. I love it.
