(March 22, 2023, 10:03 am)I’ve been a member of this gym for the past 7 years and I love it, it’s always so clean, never crowded, they have great classes, spin being my favorite one, they have a private women’s workout room which is great, sauna is nice and they have great smoothies, best part for parents is that they have childcare!

(February 22, 2023, 1:47 pm)My husband has been wanting to come to a Golds Gym since forever! I thought id surprise him with a trip to this particular location (best reviewed location). I reached out to the gym to get a day pass and they were so responsive and followed up with me about making sure we got the experience we were hoping for upon our visit. We cant say enough great things about this place. It was clean, didn't smell like a gym lol, updated, great customer service, had every machine you can think of, clean locker rooms, and spacious, We loved our whole workout experience. Hands down, the best gym we have visited. Plus, the membership is so worth it for what you get! Will be coming back for sure! Thanks so much!

(January 31, 2023, 2:48 pm)My 19 year old son trains in between baseball seasons at Gold's Gym in East North. He has had an excellent experience and results from his sessions here. He had trained at other gyms in the area previously, and has found a training environment that best suits his needs at Gold's,, E. Northport. In addition, I would like to compliment the manager Nick, on his professionalism, flexibility and consideration in managing my son's membership situation, due to his off and in-season training, and time away at college in FL. I highly recommend this facility.
