  I have been a member for about 6 months.. Found my home! Community oriented, work outs are never repetitive, love challenging myself. Coaches are awesome..Age and Size genuinely don’t matter alls inclusive and we each work to our own ability.. and our peers support each other 💕🏋️‍♂️💪🏼 my personal results have been amazing!!

  That's the first place that kept me coming back to workout! I usually buy cheap gym membership go there for two weeks and forget about it... Not here! This is not just a gym - it's friends who working out together, helping and cheering each other! It is my absolutely one and only gym I will ever go to! Highly recommend!

  Fantastic gym and group of people. Such a solid and rewarding experience. The workouts are tough, thoughtful and fresh. The coaches and the members are friendly and supportive. Highly recommend to anyone considering CrossFit

  Cow Harbor CrossFit is soo much more then just a CrossFit gym. It's a group of incredible people all moving forward toward a common goal, being the best version of themselves. I've frequented several other CF gyms, the vibe, engagement, and overall awesomeness of CHFC is unmatched. When I had first joined, nearly a year ago, everyone was welcoming, and there to have a good time. All of the coaches are knowledge and will challenge/scale to meet the skill level of the athlete. The workout programming is constantly challenging, and has helped me achieve many of my goals while form new ones. Weather you have years of CF experience or considering a trial class, you will not regret coming to CHCF.

  One Saturday afternoon I walked into Cow Harbor Cross Fit looking for a change in my morning workout. I was greeted by Lou and Alison and before I knew it I was signed up for the Wednesday 5:30 AM class. Three years later I look forward to getting up every morning for the now 5 AM Class.
  The Coaches not only keep the workouts interesting and challenging but are keenly aware of each members abilities and guide them through the work out accordingly.
  
  The culture is friendly, fun and encouraging. I have made many friends here …….. This was a great move!!
