  I have been a member of Vitality Fitness for two years and can confidently say it has been an incredible growth experience. The owner Andrés has created a family community and truly cares about his members. The coaches at Vitality are attentive, motivating, and knowledgeable, and they learn what you need and push you to achieve your goals. The members are welcoming and so much fun to train with. This last year has been really challenging for all small businesses, but the community that Andrés provided and resilience it took to keep us all together and healthy is nothing short of remarkable. I can’t imagine a better or more supportive fitness community. If you are thinking about making a change try it out - it’s challenging but the classes are scalable for anyone and you’ll have all the support you need to achieve your goals.

  Best gym I’ve ever been to by far, the coaches are super knowledgeable and motivating. You can tell they are extremely passionate and care for their members. The sense of community shows from the moment you walk in, no matter what your fitness level is you feel encouraged and supported by everyone there.

  Amazing coaches and community at this gym. Everyone is very welcoming and motivating. The types of workouts you get here you will not get anywhere else. The owner Andres is an amazing person and will go up and beyond to help you reach your fitness goals. Coach Kristen is an amazing motivator and teacher. If you are looking for a gym to join look no further!

  Working out at Vitality Fitness Ossining is one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I always look forward to walking through the doors and always feel so amazing when I leave. The Vitality coaches not only make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts but also making sure you are staying safe. The Vitality community is absolutely incredible and always inspiring. You get such a family vibe as soon as you walk through the doors. The Workouts are challenging (the hard is what makes it great) but can be scaled for any fitness level and you are constantly competing with yourself which is what I love. I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone to try it. I know once they come to Vitality they'll be hooked.

  I have been a member of several gyms and I can confidently say that Vitality Fitness is without a doubt the best gym I have ever joined. The coaching is phenomenal and the members are so supportive. Most importantly I know that I am going to get an amazing workout every time that I go. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!!
