  Incredible vibes here. ALL members here are incredibly friendly AND respectful. Everything is always put back and the cleanliness is unmatched compared to others. Lots of free parking here too. SMG is a great powerlifting gym

  Excellent powerlifting gym. They have excellent equipment, really couldn’t be any better. It’s a small space but they have a variety of racks and competition multi racks. The crowd is also good and very helpful, including the owners/staff. We are from out of town and they were very welcoming and can use the place 7/24. Fantastic for visiting powerlifters needing to train. Thank you much!

  Awesome gym. Very powerlifting friendly with high end Eleiko plates, bar, and rack. Has a deadlift, hex, and other specialty bars as well. But you don't have to be a powerlifter to join either as they accommodate pretty much anyone's fitness goal. There's also a trail a couple of blocks away for runners/bikers.
  
  You get a personal key code and have 24 hr access. There are 2 bathrooms that are always kept clean. Very friendly owners and gym goers alike; highly recommended!

  From the staff, to the members, SMG has created a place where you are continuously supported and encouraged.
  
  From an equipment standpoint; there is everything you need plus some.
  
  I’ve been training here for multiple years, and it fits the bill for everything you would want and need .

  This is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed going to a gym! Facility is SUPER clean, and the equipment is top of the line. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and it’s never over crowded. I rarely wait for equipment.
