  As a member of a variety of gyms over the years, I can say with confidence that Training for Warriors is the best! The workouts are a perfect mix of weight training and cardio that can be scaled to any ability level. I’ve just completed my second challenge-again I’ve lost inches and gained muscle, the program works! If you want to get in the best shape of your life with the support of knowledgeable trainers, this is the place for you.

  Knowledgeable staff, friendly service, super clean new facilities, great class options and times.
  
  Classes are great with plenty interaction from trainers to make sure you get the best efficient workout and have correct form.

  I love this gym! The trainers are fantastic and for somebody that doesn’t love to work out every day I go in there I look at the board I think I can never do it and at the end of the hour I have done it and although sore and sweaty I feel amazing. It is spotlessly clean completely professional and the times of the classes are completely convenient for my schedule

  TFW is a beautiful facility with fabulous trainers! The program is well thought out and the trainers push you to your max! They even run nutrition challenges to keep your diet on point. I highly recommend TFW!!

  Training for Warriors Briarcliff is a fun and encouraging environment with knowledgeable coaches. The classes are the perfect mix of strength and cardio, and the program truly works. I recently completed a one month challenge and lost 5.5 inches. I cannot recommend this gym enough!!
