  I started coming here a week ago. I have absolutely no experience with boxing and was looking for a place I wouldn’t feel intimidated. This is it!
  Khory has been great helping me get started and modifying when ever needed. Love that there are scheduled classes with plenty of options. Plus he has a great playlist!🥊

  It’s a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Khoury and all of the trainers on site are positive and motivating which was very helpful during my “weight loss” and getting “in better health” journey! I always loved going! Khoury’s sense of humor and family run business creates the perfect place to feel comfortable to try new ways to get fit & enjoy Kickboxing & exercises! Give it a try you will be glad you did!

  I’ve been taking private lessons twice a week with Coach Khoury for almost 2 months now. I’ve learned so much and have gained so much more self confidence since I’ve started. Coach Khoury knows what he’s doing. He’s extremely kind and knows when to push you. His way of teaching is very effective and he explains things perfectly, especially for someone like me who has never done boxing before. He encourages me to work hard and to show up as my best self. On the days when I don’t want to go workout on my own, his words of encouragement and strong work ethic inspire me to get up and moving. He doesn’t treat any of his students differently no matter what experience you have and the gym feels like a little community. If you are ready to show up and put in as much time and effort as Coach Khoury puts into his students and running this boxing gym, this is the perfect place to come to learn how to box. And to learn how to do it the right way.

  My weight loss journey began in 2019. Walking into a gym for the first time in a long time was not easy . However, Khoury and his skilled trainers made my transition back into the fitness world so easy . I have been able to gain confidence and learn skills that I never thought possible . I have also gained friendships a long the way that I will treasure forever . My daughter also attends the kids program. She suffers from anxiety and depression . I truly believe the program is helping her to learn focus , confidence and discipline . I am truly happy with the outcome and continued success both I am getting and that my daughter is making .

  Definitely check out this gym! Great owners, trainers and family! I love the workout and feel of the smaller gym atmosphere. I never felt intimidated or lacking in ability. Khoury modifies or enhances the workout so it’s geared for everyone in the room. He teaches his trainers to do the same. He pushes you through with his energy and sense of humor. When you leave you feel the burn, sweat, hard work and warmth of a small gym, family feel. You won’t be disappointed!
