  Great place to walk, run or bike with an immense amount of history as the first highway in the world.

  It's a beautiful walk away from the busy streets. Needs lighting for evening strolls. Part of the walk is closed off (between Springfield and Winchester) for x reason but there's openings in the fence to get around that; no notice as to WHY it's closed either, at least on the Springfield side. Still, 5 star walk. Everyone that lives here should walk it at least once. Pic is how dark it gets. Bring a flashlight or use the one on your mobile.

  A tranquil and fun filled trail amongst tall shady trees perfect for cross country running. You will find people leisurely walking their dogs, bicycle riding and running. The canopy cover provided by the many trees along the path makes it an ideal place to run during the summer months.

  It's shady, clean, lots of trees, people walking and cyclist. Its not overcrowded at all, there are people every 20-30 yards, so you feel safe. You never know that you are still in NYC. One of the most serene trails you can walk on in NYC.

  I Love this place, You can ride your bicycle, walk, go with your kids etc.
