  The basketball court is a hidden gym!! Very well-maintained and great competition especially if you are in your 20s. The woods are also nearby for a convenient run. It is in a good neighborhood too, so no bums.

  Cute place for small children to swing and play on one side and few basketball courts for older children or whatever, and a walking trail hidden in the back
  
  *It's covered in shade- which can be a positive or negative depending upon what you want
  *the trail is by the highway and coveredby trees- which again maybe some people would like that, I love to walk through the woods but don't really care to hear and sometimes even see cars flying by
  *swings for small kids only, so if your kids don't use the bucket seats there out of luck here
  *no seats near swings, in there own little gate, I don't really like that I understand it's to keep kids from easily running under and getting kicked though
  *the basket ball courts are almost always all in use, so you might be waiting a while before you play unless you qnd others are willing to play together I guess
  *the jungle gym is pretty small with not to many things to do but is fine for younger kids like toddlers.
  
  I think it would be great to add a larger jungle gym for the bigger kids and regular swing seats too but until then it's a nice place for you to take young kids too since you probably don't plan to stay very long anyway.

  Nice open space a lot of trails to adventure through Clean playgrounds and bathrooms

  I have a 60 year history with this park. the bonus is the bicycle/walking path behind the park. The woods were not so overgrown....a lot of ring a leavio

  Nice small to medium sized playground. Handball / paddleball courts and a basketball court, children's swings, two jungle gyms (one for ~2-4 year old kids, another for ~4-8 year old kids), and lots of trees. Bathrooms, too.
  
  When we got here it was empty, but filled up within an hour or so, mid-morning. If you like empty parks, go early. I wouldn't say it was packed, but it had an appropriate number of people. It was neither sparse nor crowded. The basketball court was filled with high school students. Seemed good natured.
  
  The jungle gyms are over rubber safety mats. However, if you have a baby, be careful because the black mats get surprisingly hot in the morning sun.
  
  Nice place, clean, beautiful scenery, nice neighborhood, good people.
