  Thomas is a fraction of the price of other local pest services, but their customers service, attention to detail and skill is so much better than the other places. I called them because I heard what ended up being a mouse in my walls and since the first visit there have been no signs of mice, spiders, wasps, ant, flies, or mosquitoes in and around the house. I highly recommend.

  Professional, honest, attention to quality and customer-focused. Good partnering, good employee retention... honest advice and service. Would recommend. Knowledgeable technicians that take pride in their work, attend to details, respect property and get the job done. Relationship based business - culture is that employees listen carefully and provide thought-out advice. Responsive and on time - also provided emergency bee service to remove active hive on porch... responsive, respectful, customer focused and effective.

  Jake did a great job scoping out the problem and listened to my needs before trying to sell anything. Kyle came as the scheduled guy to do the work and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Would highly recommend these guys.

  Very fast to respond to my inquiry and quick to make the initial inspection!
  
  Initial inspection was thorough, the inspector was punctual, communicative and informative on the issues, the process, and what to expect.
  
  It took a few days for appointment for treatment (understandable, it's busy season, so as expected); the service technician arrived on time, explained to me everything he was going to do, educated me on the products and how they work and their efficacy - very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.
  
  Very happy with Thomas Pest Services so far! I signed up for seasonal treatment as we've had chronic issues in years past, looking forward to getting the problem under control!
