(July 28, 2023, 7:46 pm)The Scoop is actually really nice, good ice cream and the vibe is good. They've done a lot with a little to the place but if you come for the ice cream I don't think anyone would be disappointed.

(May 30, 2023, 6:25 am)The ice cream here is great. The employees are great. But unfortunately every time I've been there the line has been super long and there is never enough staff. The kids in there work hard. Last time I was there it was almost 45 mins in line and I watched quite a few families walk away because they were tired of waiting and they were out of a majority of the flavors. With proper staffing it would be 5 stars. They do have some great options.
