  Had an issue with carpenter ants and Jason was quick to schedule and come out based on my availability.
  
  Things that stand out to me were:
  +Very strong communication (it was raining the day of and he kept me posted on when they were thinking they would be over based on weather)
  +Very responsive (both text and calls)
  +Easy to schedule and work with
  
  I would put the customer service experience in the top 1% of businesses and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Seeing how responsive they were on their listing helped them stand out from other companies - and the strong reviews speak for themselves.

  Very professional and responsive. Jason was on time which is rare these days. No 8 hour window of maybe we'll show up. When he says he'll be there, he'll be there. Took care of an ant problem around my new house and have yet to see any return. Highly recommend this company. Always happy to support a family owned business when they stick to their word.

  After having worked with several not so reliable or effective pest control companies, I thought was simply the norm. We are so happy that we found Jason at Ellington Pest Control. We had began to see carpenter ants in our home for the very first time. Completely grossed out and beyond frustrated after not receiving any calls back from our current company, I reached out to Jason after seeing his reviews. I was hopeful this company would be different. It DEFINITELY is! He was quick to
  come out and assess the issue, he was on time, explained his products, and what to expect after treatment. He even followed up a few times after his visit to ensure the issue was resolving. I’m thrilled to report that we are currently ant free and we have found our new pest control company to use for years to come. I would highly recommend Ellington Pest Control!!

  Jason was phenomenal! I’m located in Enfield, and had no idea how ants could even get this bad. Him and his team came out as scheduled. They answered all of my questions, and really made me feel like he was invested into solving this problem, and that he did!!! Would 100% recommend him. Haven’t had ants since he came out! I really feel like he got to the root of the problem! Thanks again Jason!

  Jason at Ellington Family Pest was amazing! He was able to evaluate our home concerning our Ant problem and took care of it easily. He was so wonderful to work with, very honest, and professional all at a great price. Highly recommend!!
