  I have been an instructor for 15 years, and still do work at multiple fitness places. I have been lucky to have some great fitness managers/bosses where I can really enjoy teaching because the environment they provide is welcoming, supportive and responsive. Forza Fitness, and specifically Lorelle who has built Forza, are hands down one of the best businesses I’ve taught for! She is all of the above and more our leader.
  
  The community of Forza clients is a very rare, accountable, hardworking group that continues to inspire me each week to be a better instructor. Love working here/working out here!

  Absolutely loved working out with Forza Fitness, can’t recommend them enough! Lorelle and all of the other coaches give great workouts for any skill level. Loved that I could do the workouts from my apartment and they were recorded so you can fit them in any time of the day. Lorelle gave amazing one on one advice and always held me accountable. She also helped me so much with making healthier food choices and always gives great pep talks when you need them :)

  I’ve had a great experience with Forza! Lorelle and the team are amazing and always kept me accountable. I love the classes and was happy I was able to do them in the comfort of my own home!! Lorelle and the instructors actually cared about you and helped you set goals and make sure you achieved them!

  Forza Fitness is more than just an online workout, it's a community of people supporting one another with a focus on overall health. The trainers are focused, connected and well-trained with an emphasis on form and strength. I trained with Lorelle and Forza Fitness throughout my entire pregnancy and have never been stronger. Every step of the way Lorelle checked in on me, provided alternate exercises throughout each stage of my pregnancy and was a great friend/support. I can't recommend them enough!
