(October 18, 2018, 1:13 pm)I'm a newbie and I have A LOT of injuries. Her approach and focus on technique has already made a difference. I am sore but I am not in pain. Janet is empowering and kind; very sensitive to her clients physical and emotional needs. I only wish I started pilates with her sooner.
