She is the reason I shop at this store. I have done three other purchases with her over the past few years. She is patient and always helpful with her ideas to help narrow down your decision! This time she had her work cut out for her since I did cry some due to the death of my husband. A few weeks ago. I thank you so much for having her in the Value City Family. She truly is a special person

I was back and forth to the store several times and every time I was there Brenda & Matt did a fantastic job assisting me in every way possible !
They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient !
All the furniture in the store is beautiful so it wasn’t always easy to decide what to buy.
But Brenda and Matt both assisted me in choosing what would look best in my home.
The delivery was also on the date and time they told me it would be.
I would highly recommend the Value City Furniture store in Lakewood ! -

Great communication and delivery within the timeframe indicated. The delivery team were friendly, professional, and very quick at setting up what we had ordered. Also very happy with the dining table and chairs that we bought. Pretty pieces, good quality, and a good price.

(January 22, 2023, 2:56 pm)We had a wonderful experience with Brenda at the value city in Lakewood. I bought a recliner lift chair and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all so it was refreshing. She was so great I brought my husband with me a week later and we purchased a new mattress from her as well. I highly recommend coming to see Brenda.
