  Needed paint and primer. Only 1 salesman. I showed him how many gallons of 3 colors and types of paint. He was about to put 1 too many in the paint mixer, when I asked him about it. He removed 1 can. By then, there were 3 more customers lined up. He ran the paint mixer, and I asked about the primer. He went back into the paint aisle with a can, and returned empty handed. He showed me a sample of the paint colors that had been mixed, and went back into the aisle. When he returned, he reached under the counter for a can of primer, which had been there while I had previously asked for one. Four cans of paint and one can of primer cost over $200.00. I don't know about the other customers, but they waited over a half hour and no one came to help the solo salesman. I was lucky to show up when I did.

  I went here with my dad to get basement floor paint and wood to hide plumbing hole. We asked a lot of workers where we would find something to hide a plumbing wall hole. Russ went above and beyond though helping us get a wooden piece. Also John in paint was very informative on what we should use for our basement floor. I think they both deserve a raise or promotion for their customer service skills. I haven't seen many managers in my time so helpful like I got at all stores that I go to.

  We went to this Home Depot to look for a new refrigerator after walking out of PC Richards due to substandard customer service and pressure to buy. We found a great deal on a refrigerator at this Home Depot, zero pressure, only professional assistance from Devin, the HD associate. Devin answered every question, explained every detail about delivery and installation and spoke to us like we were his aunt and uncle, not two dollar signs. We left satisfied knowing we got a very good deal on an appliance we needed on a fixed budget. I would highly recommend this Home Depot.

  We were super happy with store manager Glenn and the associates that went over and beyond to make 2020 halloween the one to remeber! Even after being told by another associate at customer service that this wasn't going to happen for us the store manager made sure to go over and beyond in making this customer satisfied! My Kids are absolutely amazed and super excited ,not too scary for the younger children and deff stands out !Our family thanks you sincerely 🙏 Happy fall
