    A beautiful Pilates oasis! Every detail of the studio is lovely and well-thought out. My partner and I did a duet session and Michelle was skillfully able to adapt to our differing abilities and body issues. We both got a great workout! Looking forward to our next session!

    Michelle is amazing. Her sessions got me through COVID. Be ready for a workout - you'll feel it the next day! - but also for a mental break. Her positive energy and kind demeanor is so wonderful. The studio is clean, gorgeous and well laid out. Total zen and you walk out feeling like a million bucks. This is my first stop when I head out east. What I would do to have Michelle in Miami!!

    Michelle introduced me to Pilates during COVID and it was life changing. The Pilates Atelier is everything you'd want in a wellness studio: thoughtful instruction, inspired aesthetic, and leaves you feeling (and looking) like a million bucks. I hope she expands to NYC next!

    This studio is such a gem. A place of zen and the best Pilates instruction I've had on the east end. Michelle's approach is grounded in a comprehensive whole-body approach focused on breathing , elongating, and strengthening/toning your body. She is so incredibly friendly and brings positivity and encouragement to every workout. I adore this place!
