  I just finished 22 months of Invisalign treatment with McKenna thru their Granby and Simsbury offices--and boy was it a great experience! Prior to choosing McKenna, I did a lot of research about Invisalign, the types of providers (dentists vs orthodontists), pricing, and other's experiences with Invisalign. After many weeks of research and consideration, I went with McKenna and couldn't be happier with the results.
  
  I started the treatment with some moderate crowding on my bottom teeth, which I was hoping Invisalign would solve. Doctor McKenna and Doctor Lashgari modelled out what my treatment plan would look like and assured me that Invisalign would be a good option. They told me I should expect 18-24 months of treatment, gave me a price that was within the range of what I was expecting (based on my research) and provided an online portal where I could see how my teeth were going to move week-over-week. I ended my treatment after 22 months, which was right within their initial estimate.
  
  Now of course, the treatment plan didn't end up exactly as they initially envisioned, since it can be hard to predict how your teeth will track (it all comes down to your personal commitment and ability to wear each tray 22 hours a day), but in my opinion the results were even BETTER than they had initially planned. They gave me a new aligner every week (which was more frequent than the two-week plan most providers seem to go with), and it worked out phenomenally. My bite is now straight as can be...and the treatment even helped to relieve chronic neck and shoulder pain that I had been experiencing most of my life...which was an extremely nice surprise!
  
  I had to go into their offices about once every 2 months for scans, updates, button attachments/removals, and to get new aligners, and each time I went in they were transparent, honest, frank, and an all around pleasure to communicate with. Their staff is friendly, warm, and receptive, and they even went above and beyond to help me collect a large sum of money from my insurance company to cover some of the costs.
  
  I cannot emphasize Mckenna Orthodontics enough--they are superb. Although I am very glad I am finished with my Invisalign treatment and I don't have to go through it all again... if I had to do it all over, I would 100% go back to them for round 2 :)

  McKenna Orthodontics is a great practice. They began seeing my daughter when she was 4 based concerns from our dentist. They watched her for years before we began orthodontic treatment- with the idea that starting later would actually mean a shorter duration of necessary treatment. From the staff at the desk, to the technicians, to both doctors, we have had a positive experience.

  Always a good visit. Hear an update from Dr. McKenna or Dr. Lashgari. Have a nice chat with the ladies while I schedule our next appointment. In and out quickly. This is our third and final kid with braces and have had the same great experience with each child. Highly recommend!
