  Great gym located in water mill barn style, , spacious with separate areas for weight training, TRX free weight and stretching. It offers a studio with classes as well as pilates. Super clean

  Been a member for over 3 years and love this gym. Gets the job done for the most affordable price in the city!!

  Ann and Dominique ( at the front drsk) are very helpful, accommodating and kind. Robin Bush, the Pilates Instructor only allows between 10-12 people in her class. While Robin instructs the class, she watches everyone in the class, makes sure their form is correct according to the exercise performed. She teaches the class while she is doing the exercises. Excellent class with upbeat music. Unique class that is hard to find in Manhattan.

  This place is just the best. They’re friendly and have everything you need and it’s impeccably clean. Can’t ask for a better gym.

  Whenever I work out at Core dynamics I feel like I’m in my private gym. Not crowded at all, so very clean. Everything I need is at my fingertips, bands, weighs, mats, etc. I just absolutely love this gym.
