(September 4, 2023, 11:01 am)Awesome CrossFit affiliate in Southampton! I dropped in here for a week while my wife was in town for the horse show and I had a great experience. Ralph is super welcoming, his programming is great, as is the coaching. Very nice people and a great facility. If you live here or visit, come workout at this gym!
