  I used Dave as my home inspector for a townhome. He did a great job! He was extremely thorough, answered all my questions, and was easy to work with. The final inspection report was also very easy to understand, and included pictures of everything we covered during the inspection.

  David is knowledgeable, attentive and uses newest tech. He inspected and radon tested an older home for us. Provided a detailed inspection of all aspects of the home and explained and showed us varies call out he had. Made us feel extremely comfortable with the purchase of our home.

  Supra Inspections assisted me with the preliminary inspection of my new home. Thanks to Supra we were able to identify major safety issues that needed to be addressed. David was personable and remarkably knowledgeable. David took the time not only to inspect the home but also to teach me how to maintain the home going forward. I highly recommend their services.

  Dave did multiple inspections for my husband and I on our crazy house buying journey during this pandemic. He is always on time-actually early. He walks you(the buyer) through the inspection and not only tells you his thoughts on the property currently he points out/describes how you as the future homeowner will take care and maintain the property. He teaches you if you don’t know about your boiler, furnace, etc. he explains to you what to look for in the future just incase everything looks good in the moment. He is very detailed and worth every penny, which his prices are very reasonable. We also liked how his radon testing was different than the general radon testing provided by most inspectors. We felt his results were very accurate and more detailed than most. Dave is also has a very quick turn around with getting the inspection report back to you. I would use him again and again and recommend him to everyone. He goes above and beyond and deserves your business!
