(July 7, 2022, 5:19 pm)Extremely friendly staff. Easy access for wheelchairs. Knowledgeable and helpful security at door. Quick and easy check-in both upstairs and at entrance. Very convenient parking with close buses 37(less than five minute walk), close 68 and 36 trolley accessibility. Doctors are very patient and value your time. You're the priority.
TIP: at last visit, the air-conditioning was out. Very uncomfortable during hot temperature day which is why the four Stars. Get there on time or you may be delayed as doctors move to next patient. Don't waste time as the staff wants you taken care of quickly. Route 68 (every hour) bus is at the parking lot. Route 37 bus is on Lindbergh Blvd. so be extremely watchful of speeding traffic. You'll have to cross Island Ave to get to/from the 36 trolley so be wary of the fast traffic their also. Jesus bless you all 🙏🙂! -
