  Christina Nardulli is truly an outstanding Real Estate Salesperson/Agent! My wife and I have been very fortunate to have Christina’s help, for a few years now, getting our condo apartment rented. Christina is the type of professional that will go the extra mile to help you achieve your real estate goal, whether it is to sell or rent your property. She creates the best photos and images to advertise your property, ensuring that your property stands out and looks like a place a future buyer or renter could see themselves living in it. Christina looks out for extra ways to market your property, such as utilizing local community papers as well as social media; staging and making pointed recommendations for fixing or improving anything that could get in the way of you getting your property sold or rented as well as conducting open houses. Recently, she helped us find a great tenant for our condo, after a prospective buyer changed her mind. Christina has excellent communication skills; she kept all the parties engaged/informed throughout the buying/ rental process.   We have used Christina as our agent twice! once in 2015 when we bought our home and just now, in 2022, when Christina helped us sell that same house! Christina's attention to detail are unparalleled. She brought out every important detail of our house up to buyer's attention via customized and room specific brochures, house/neighborhood booklet, super cool video and amazing photography. it is those details and personal touch that, I believe, helped us to secure an above asking price offer within a week of listing. Not to mention that during our 7 years of home ownership Christina has always been there for us; available to answer house ownership questions and/or recommend service providers in the area. thank you Christina!

  If you are looking to work with a very responsive, honest, hardworking, professional realtor that is genuinely working for your best interests then Christina Nardulli is the realtor you should be working with.
  
  I was in the market for a multifamily, investment property and Christina was nothing shy of amazing. She constantly had new properties available that interested me on her radar and sent them over to me for review.
  
  For each property that Christina sent over to me, she immediately went to work, performing a comparative market analysis on it, visiting the Department of Buildings to review the file on the property. Verifying the number of legal apartments, bathrooms, and rooms in each apartment. Christina also visited the Tax Accessors Office to obtain the up-to-date taxes. She also obtained records from the seller for the total income and expenses on the property.
  
  Christina performed this service for several properties that I was interested in, which honestly, I began to feel bad on the countless hours Christina had invested, however through the entire process Christina remained calm, professional, friendly, and helpful. Absolutely always making herself available for me.
  
  Christina also aided in the required inspections to be performed, communicated all the open items on the property that needed to be addressed to the seller and ensured that everything was executed. Christina continued to help me obtain a commercial loan.
  
  Throughout this process, I am lost for words explaining on how hard-working Christina is. She always made me feel comfortable throughout this process, always looking out for my best interest, even if it meant that we had move on to a different property and continue looking until I was fully satisfied.
  
  In summary, I cannot stress how important it is to work with a realtor like Christina. I would recommend her repeatedly. She is a wonderful, honest, and professional realtor.

  My husband and I were already in the market for a new home, but weren't yet working with an agent, when we met Christina at an open house where she was representing the seller. We were looking for a responsive, engaged real estate agent, and she turned out to be the one! Christina was attentive to what we were looking for, realistic about the pros and cons of each property, and whether it would meet our needs, but, at the same time, encouraging. What we liked most about working with Christina was that she knew her stuff, gave good advice, and never pushed us, one way or another. Also, she was just plain fun to be with! I would always recommend her to friends and, in fact, I already have.
