  I recently had the pleasure of working with Krissie Hansmann and her sister Beth on a complex real estate transaction, and I cannot speak highly enough of their expertise, professionalism, and care.
  
  My family and I were looking for someone to guide us through selling my mother's house and finding her the perfect condominium in Jefferson Village (an active 55+ retirement community.) My mother's living situation was becoming dangerous. She was in a 5 BR house with too many stairs. She should have moved years ago, but the pandemic, and dad’s terminal cancer, delayed her move multiple times. She reached an age where the thought of moving was overwhelming to the point it kept her awake at night.
  
  My brother and I needed the perfect realty team to assist with our mother's unique realty needs. I interviewed three realtors before deciding upon Jefferson Valley Realty. There was something about Krissie that stood out to me immediately. She is compassionate, energetic, and has a great sense of humor. She also uniquely understands the challenges of aging parents due to her own life experiences.
  
  We were originally going to use two real estate agents, but we were so impressed with Jefferson Valley Realty, we decided to use them for both sides of the transaction. It was the right choice. Krissie and Beth handled both sides of the transaction with ease, making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
  
  One thing that stood out to me was Krissie and Beth's expertise in the Jefferson Valley area. As locals themselves, they have an intimate knowledge of the community.
  
  Mom had to see numerous place before she made up her mind. Krissie and Beth were endlessly patient: “It’s okay. Now you are narrowing down the process of what you want.” Mom was so specific in her preferences, I never thought we would find such a place. But, somehow, Krissie and Beth pulled off a miracle, and mom ended up in her dream condo.
  
  There are unique challenges when moving seniors. My mother had a lot of emotions tied up in her house. Every room of the house held memories. Krissie and Beth were able to approach the situation with compassion and understanding. They patiently listened to all of mom's concerns and even befriended her little dog. They were a constant source of reassurance and encouragement.
  
  There were added degrees of difficulty in moving out of the old house since the basement and shed needed building permits. Krissie guided us through the process of getting the permits we needed so we could close the deal. We would have been lost without their guidance.
  
  The dynamic duo also picked up the slack when others involved in the transaction didn’t show the same dedication to their craft. They did whatever was necessary to ensure the two deals went through and mom could move into her new condo.
  
  Being local, Krissie knows the right people in the community. Whenever I needed someone, (movers, electrician, plumber, window washer, furniture removal, etc.), Krissie knew the right people. This help was invaluable since I live on the other side of the country and didn't know who to call.
  
  Krissie and Beth became more than real estate agents to us. They became like family during this emotional time of getting mom resettled. I cannot recommend Krissie and Beth enough. If you are looking for someone to guide you through the complex world of real estate, Krissie, Beth and Jefferson Valley Realty are a dream team.

  Beth Ainsworth was wonderful to work with! She went out of her way to show homes at any time. She’s very knowledgeable, organized and super friendly. It was such a pleasure working with her! Highly recommend!

  Krissie and her team were wonderful to work with. I was going through a contentious divorce and had to put my home on the market. Krissie was extremely kind and supportive and found a buyer within a short time. She was kind through the entire process even though there were difficult people and challenges along the way.
