  So beautiful! Located right on Conscience Bay where it funnels into "The Narrows", Setauket Long Island NY. The southern most island in a chain of 3 in this area, it acts as a cut jetty and thus a natural cut for major game fish comming into the bay on the flood and retreating back into the Long Island Soumd during the flush.
  
  Go stand at "Staci Beach" on mainland proper at the eastern side of this channel to enjoy some of the breathtaking sunsets as the viewing is perfect, also a stargazers delight. 🌟🌞🌜

  Its location makes it perfect for fishing and can produce some of the best fishing of any of the other more notable North Shore LI fishing holes.. Big Striped Bass, Gorilla Blues, Sleek Weakfish, and Bonita / False Albacore, Tog, Scup, etc, can all be landed when working the flats. On the South side of island, there is a gradient slope running from the beachline out towawrds the bay, creating a natural seep and cut providing cover and feeding ground that brings in big fish. Thus making Staci Island a "hidden gem" for any north shore anglers,
  
  Home to many native species of native wildlife, Staci Island is home for mnay species of birds. Its location provides a natural cover for such rarer spoecies of fowl such as Darters, Gannett, Long Island Snipe, The Staci Island Fishing and Wildlife also has reports of elusive Yellow Belly Sapsuckers. Its heavenly for watching a vast varity of winged fowl. The island is protected under state conservatory protection and the fishing club has been named after Staci Island admist and admired since the organizations charter inception In 1933.
