  Nice beach and not too crowded. You have to pay to park, I think it was 20 dollars for a 24 hour period. The beach is rocky but not terrible. There are lifeguards for swimmers and we saw people open water swimming (next to a kayak) and scuba divers there.

  The atmosphere is good, it has a beautiful sunset during the summer..There could more more developments and activities for children in the building.

  A Beautiful place to sit back, relax and enjoy!
  The beaches are beautiful ( it's the North Shore, so it's rocky) and you can just watch the boats or see the Ferry in the distance.
  You can drive around to the pier and fish if you want or just watch the sun set.

  The water on long island continues to clear up, and honestly our beaches are so beautiful! Although beautiful..this beach is painful to walk on. I can not stress enough that you need a good pair of water shoes. I lost count of how many kids I heard scream in pain today lol

  Good beach with some great views. Quiet and can be peaceful. Have a relaxing walk on the sand (northern side) while listening to the waves gently crashing on the shore and viewing the Long Island Sound towards Connecticut. Some areas in this location listed for fishing (further western section) and it does have boat ramps (south/eastern section into Mt. Sinai Harbor). Small playground in one section for kids to enjoy. Several bathrooms also available. A lot of parking available.
